Dear Riverside Elementary Families,

Welcome to the 2026–2027 school year!

As I begin another year as the proud principal of Riverside Elementary, I am filled with gratitude, excitement, and optimism for all that lies ahead. Riverside continues to be a place where students are challenged to grow, encouraged to lead, and inspired to achieve their very best.

Last year was extraordinary. Together, our students, staff, and families continued our tradition of excellence and earned another “A” grade. This achievement reflects the dedication, perseverance, and excellence that defines Riverside. While we celebrate this achievement, we remain focused on continuous growth and ensuring that every child reaches their full potential.

At Riverside, we believe that strong relationships, high expectations, and a commitment to excellence create the foundation for student success. Our talented teachers and staff work tirelessly to provide engaging learning experiences that help students build confidence, develop leadership skills, and foster a lifelong love of learning.

This year, Riverside Elementary is excited to begin our Leader in Me journey—an opportunity to further develop leadership, responsibility, and confidence in every student. Through this process, students will learn valuable skills such as goal setting, collaboration, problem-solving, and personal responsibility. As we begin this journey together, we look forward to building a culture where every child is empowered to lead, learn, and thrive.

Our partnership with families is one of our greatest strengths. Whether you are a returning family or joining Riverside for the first time, we are grateful for the trust you place in us each day. We also encourage you to get involved through our incredible PTO and our volunteer program. Your support helps create enriching experiences and opportunities for both you and our students.
